If your garment requires a minor adjustment after delivery, we offer one complimentary round of alterations.
Simply send the piece back to us, and our team will make the necessary adjustments.
If returning the garment isn’t convenient, any experienced local tailor can easily alter the piece, thanks to the additional stitching margin thoughtfully included in every design.

Custom Orders & Delivery Timeline
Every handcrafted piece requires time, precision, and the expertise of our artisans.
For custom orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 months before your event, especially during the wedding season, when production timelines are at their busiest.
Depending on the complexity of the embroidery and craftsmanship, custom pieces generally require 4–8 weeks to complete.
Ready-to-order styles are dispatched according to their individual shipping timelines and do not require this additional production period.
